Warranty terms are noted on each product and covered by the manufacturer’s term and conditions. In the event that there are any issues we will ensure your claim is dealt with according to the manufacturer’s warranty. All claims need to be in writing and any costs incurred with the replacement or return of goods to our warehouse is at the customers cost.
Warranty is void if the product has been modified or mis used in any way.
All claims for any damage and/or defect in the goods purchased by the customer must be made to Express Chairs via email within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery of the goods otherwise the goods are deemed to be received in good order and conditionExpress chairs may elect to replace a faulty part and not the entire product.
