Shipping

Express Chairs uses a network of freight and courier services to ensure your chairs are delivered on time. We deliver free to downstairs ground level only to NSW, Queensland CBD and Victoria for other states and Territories please email us for a delivery quotation.

The shipping address needs to be a physical address such as an office or a residence where you are available to receive the order, or give authorisation to leave the item at the door if it is more convenient for you. 

We are not able to accept PO Box as an address.

Purchase orders will be accepted however goods will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received.

Order Confirmation & Shipment: 

As soon as you place our order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pr- authorised your credit card. If your item is on back order or have any issues, we will reach you via email. If you item(s) are available, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Once full payment is received, goods will be dispatched between 3 – 7 business days –pending stock availability. We will stay in touch via email for any updates.

Please Note: Our warehouse is closed from December 24th to January 3rd. Longer than expected delivery times may be experienced during the Xmas and New Year period. 

For chairs courier drivers are usually not able to phone prior to delivery. Most of the couriers are unable to arrange a predetermined time. For an approximate delivery date please refer to the tracking number and you can also call the courier's office phone number that we provide to you. 

Standard deliveries are for the ground floor level only. Please contact us if you live in a n apartment/multi story building and need the  item to be delivered above the ground floor as the courier may not be able to carry the item beyond the ground floor. Depending on the circumstances an additional charge may apply to have the item delivered above the ground floor. In this event, we will contact you on order confirmation to advise additional charges prior to dispatch.

Our chairs are shipped boxed and may require some minor assembly. Our products are easy to assemble however in the event you experience issues please contact us via email and we will return your enquiry.
