Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as we don’t normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong colour choice.

Refund, exchange or credit is available If goods are found to be faulty, wrongly described, don’t perform or different to the product purchased on the website.

To be eligible for a refund the products being returned must be:

• Purchased within 7 days
• Proof of purchase – original invoice
• Undamaged, unmarked and returned in original condition
• In the original packaging
• Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card or other payment method that was charged during the time of ordering.

The purchaser is liable for the postage cost to return the goods. Delivery charges are not Refundable. Please contact Express Chairs prior to returning of goods and return only once written confirmation and approval of return has been received.
